Sherwin-Williams Paint Store at 13750 West Colonial Drive #360, Winter Garden, Florida.

This is my local store for paint. Now, it could be a straight five stars, BUT some of the employees are just not all that friendly and or know the products. Case in point. Asked for assistance. Gentleman came to the back of the store and knew absolutely NOTHING about the product and wasn’t trying to know. He actually took off in mid conversation. I gave him the evil eye when we checked out. Will just steer clear of this guy when I’m there. Try Sammy, she’s my go too person.

Overall, I like that I can call in and then pick my paint up. I’ve used the color consultant in the past and that literally pays for itself. SW needs to bring some associates up to speed on customer service.
